ABOUT: The 2019 Bedraceis a free to the public family friendly event supporting Bridging AZ Furniture Bank www.BridgingAZ.org a Mesa based 501(c)(3) nonprofit since 2004. Bridging AZ provides basic furniture for veterans and families in need. Event will be hosted at Mesa Community College through The Center for Community & Civic Engagement. Activities include The Great Bedrace for Charity, carnival games, live entertainment, costume contest and a costume/zombie walk. 100% the proceeds from the Bedrace and other donations will benefit Bridging AZ’s Furniture Bank “Beds for Kids” program and their Veterans Furniture Project (engaging veterans to build and repair furniture).

Booth spaces size 10×10 (second booth ½ price)
Vendors selling items – or information $200
Vendors (no direct selling) with a carnival type engagement game $100

Nonprofits (with carnival type engagement game) $ 50
Schools and clubs with an public engagement or carnival type game $ 25
(free sponsorship available upon request)

All vendors will be required to provide a proof of insurance to TBD
